“A mother is your first friend, your best friend, your forever friend.” After I spent a day with this mother and daughter, I can truthfully say that this little one has an AWESOME best friend and mama!
We spent a couple hours together with endless laughs and lots of fun under the beautiful blossoming trees of Ringwood Botanical Gardens, one of my favorite locations to shoot.
Just look at those giggles! I used my best tricks to get them laughing and comfortable at the start of our session. I just love the expressions on their faces.
The two candid photos below make my heart melt. This girl was soooo happy about the flower she had just picked and had the biggest smile on her face!

Meet “Lamby”!
Now, we all had a favorite stuffed animal as a kid; mine was a dog named fluffy, and I loved him dearly… but boy, have I never seen a kid love their stuffed animal as much as her!! Look at this reaction I got by walking him over to her!! Oh my gosh… too cute for words! Mom really wanted me to capture a moment between her and lamby, and I think I got the perfect shots!
We ended our session underneath another gorgeous blooming tree, and with some of my favorite photographs from the day. These are going to look fabulous on the walls of the home and office!
Family photos like these are priceless – It’s my pleasure to work in this field, being able to capture such memories for awesome NJ families every weekend. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to photograph you and your daughter, K! I had a blast!!
