This little cutie turned ONE this year! To celebrate we took some flowery summer birthday portraits at Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve in New Hope Pennsylvania – such a gorgeous location! The birthday girl was full of smiles as she picked wildflowers, played with mom and dad in the grass, and practiced her newly learned skill of walking! Both her and mom dressed in floral patterns and dad accentuating with a blue shirt. The combo of white, pink, and blue is always beautiful!
I honestly can’t believe that it’s been a year since her newborn session and that she’s a year old already!! Time flies! One of the reasons we went with this location was to keep the tradition of flowers in her photographs from this families maternity session and her newborn session. <3
When we found this patch of yellow flowers at the preserve, we knew it was meant to be!
I’ve known this family for a few years now after becoming fast friends while working together at school (for those who don’t know, I’m a high school photography teach here in central NJ). I’ve loved photographing these friends as their family has grown, and this session was no different!
